Mr. Mahendra Pal Singh is a seasoned industry professional with over two decades of versatile experience in executing agro-based greenfield and brownfield turnkey projects in India and overseas. As Chief Executive Officer, he provides strategic leadership across the complete project lifecycle—from conceptualization and engineering to commissioning and stabilization.
Under his guidance, the organization has successfully delivered 24+ turnkey projects, ranging from 200 TCD to 2,500 TCD sugar plants and power projects from 400 KW to 7,500 KW. His expertise spans sugar plants, fuel ethanol projects, Khandsari units, capacity expansion, modernization, rehabilitation, and performance optimization.
Mr. Singh is widely recognized for his strong process knowledge, execution excellence, and ability to deliver technically robust and commercially viable solutions tailored to client needs.

Our Senior Consultant Mr. M. P. Singh a sugar technologist from “National Sugar Institute Kanpur” of 1994 batch served the sugar industry as consultant and manufacturer of Machinery in various capacities from more than 20 years.
He has been guest speaker in various forums and seminars in past and has visited around 4 sugar producing countries across the Globe.
He is pioneer in bringing the Jaggery Powder technology in India and concept of energy optimization through various means and majors. He has designed and implemented the complete plant automation system with control philosophy and field instrument selection.
30 green field projects in India and abroad from concept to commissioning are executed under his guidance. He also associated various projects of sugar, fuel ethanol, Khandsari, Sugar expansion, capacity optimization, modernization and rehabilitation in recent past.
He is having a good knowledge of process schemes, refining technologies, heat and mass balances, project engineering, detailed technical specifications, energy efficiency, cogeneration and heat cycle, techno-commercial feasibility studies, and fuel ethanol
He was heading M. M. Techno-Chems & now also heading TECHNOCHEM PROJECTS AND TECHNOLOGIES.
Mr. A K S PARMAR
GM – Technical
A Gold Medalist in Sugar Technology (ANSI, 1994) with a post-graduate degree in Organic Chemistry, the professional brings over 36 years of comprehensive experience across sugar manufacturing, refinery operations, EPC projects, energy conservation, and plant modernization.
Currently serving as General Manager – Projects at Technochem Project and Technologies, Ghaziabad, he has held key leadership roles including Business Head, Technical Head, and Senior Production Manager with reputed organizations such as Chemical Systems Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd, Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd. and its group companies.
His career spans end-to-end exposure in sugar plants, refineries, ethanol and biofuel projects—covering process design, commissioning, expansion, energy audits, automation, quality improvement, and capacity enhancement. He has successfully led and executed numerous greenfield, brownfield, and expansion projects in India and overseas.
Global Consulting & Project Experience
He has played a pivotal role in international consultancy and commissioning assignments across Syria, Iran, Philippines, Indonesia, Nepal, Uganda, and India. Notable contributions include:
- Commissioning of 1000 TPD carbon-based sugar refinery (Syria)
- Leadership in commissioning 4500–16000 TCD sugar plants with backend refineries
- Expansion and efficiency improvement of multiple large-capacity sugar mills
- Energy conservation programs achieving steam consumption as low as 35–36%
- Preparation of DPRs, energy audit reports, and expansion feasibility studies
- Quality enhancement initiatives achieving ICUMSA 60 sugar
He has also served as a long-term consultant to URC Group of Sugar Mills (Philippines) and advised multiple cooperative and private sugar mills across India.
Mr. PAPPU KAUSHAL

With 33+ years of extensive experience, Mr. Pappu Kaushal is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in electrical systems, instrumentation, automation, and plant maintenance across large-scale industrial operations. His career spans distilleries, sugar mills, ethanol plants, power plants, and cement industries, with hands-on leadership experience in India and international locations.
He is recognized for building and leading high-performing engineering teams, ensuring plant reliability, safety, energy efficiency, and uninterrupted operations. His expertise covers plant setup, commissioning, modernization, automation, and lifecycle maintenance, making him a strong contributor in senior technical leadership roles.
Mr. Kaushal brings a unique combination of deep technical knowledge, practical troubleshooting skills, disciplined execution, and people leadership, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Mr. Saurabh Sharma

Mr. Saurabh Sharma is a seasoned mechanical engineering professional with 12+ years of diverse experience across engineering, manufacturing, and project execution domains. He has been associated with small, medium, and large-scale organizations, delivering solutions across sugar plants, boilers, power plants, distilleries, cement plants, rice processing units, and sponge iron industries in India and Africa.
His expertise spans engineering design, project management, site execution, marketing support, and administrative coordination, enabling him to contribute effectively across the entire project lifecycle. Mr. Sharma has played a key role in projects ranging from 200 TCD to 2,500 TCD, supporting both greenfield and expansion assignments.
Known for his practical approach, cross-functional coordination skills, and execution discipline, he brings strong value in translating engineering concepts into reliable, on-site performance while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
